Agent Certification

The highest-quality
lead channel in
Medicare distribution.
Now clinical.

Every referral comes from a licensed clinical setting β€” a physician's office, a pharmacy, a dental practice. The patient consented to be contacted. The clinical record travels with the referral. You arrive knowing everything. This is not a lead. It is a briefed appointment.

Certification launching Summer, 2026 β€” register your interest now
  • Every referral comes with the patient's clinical record β€” medications, diagnoses, and the specific coverage question β€” before you say hello
  • Patients are expecting your call. The provider arranged it.
  • Where your FMO's platform supports AOR lookup, clients already in your book of business re-engage at no charge when a new referral is generated
  • Certification takes under 90 minutes and is valid through December 2027

What Agents Receive

You arrive knowing everything
before you say hello.

Every PCC referral includes a complete clinical brief assembled from the patient's medical record. You're not cold-calling. You're completing an appointment the patient agreed to β€” with a provider they already trust.

πŸ’Š

Active medications and formulary status

You know what they're taking, what tier it's on, and what it's costing them before the conversation starts. No discovery phase. You arrive with solutions.

🩺

Diagnoses and current plan

Chronic conditions, plan name, Part A and Part B dates where available. You know immediately whether a C-SNP, D-SNP, or Extra Help is worth discussing.

❓

The specific coverage question

The clinical staff identified why this patient needs help β€” formulary change, out-of-network specialist, approaching eligibility, plan termination, subsidy eligibility. You know the presenting problem before hello.

πŸ“–

AOR recognition β€” $0 follow-up leads

Every client you place correctly today is a referral you'll receive again next AEP β€” with their latest clinical record already attached. No outreach required. Where your FMO's platform supports AOR lookup, PCC checks at the moment of referral generation. If your CRM confirms you as agent of record, the lead routes back to you at no charge.

Getting Certified

Minor certification.
Major access.

The certification exists to protect the clinical relationship that generates these referrals, and was developed in conjunction with the Rural Health Association's Medicare Education program and based on 15 years of working directly with providers. Providers need to know that the advisors their patients are being connected to meet a professional standard. The bar is real β€” and not high.

1

Confirm FMO affiliation

Certification is available through participating FMO platforms. If your FMO is not yet integrated, register your interest below and we'll notify you when your platform comes online.

2

Complete the online certification

A brief online course covering the clinical referral workflow, patient communication standards, and coverage navigation basics. No in-person requirement. Most agents complete it in under 90 minutes.

3

Set availability in your CRM

Referrals route only to agents who have confirmed they can accept leads. Set your availability and geography in your CRM platform. Referrals begin routing automatically as provider locations come online in your market.

4

Receive referrals

Fully briefed referrals arrive in your existing CRM workflow. No new system to learn. The patient is expecting your call β€” the provider arranged it.

What the certification covers

  • The clinical referral workflow β€” how referrals originate and what the clinical brief contains
  • Patient communication standards β€” how to open a conversation that originated in a clinical setting
  • Coverage navigation basics β€” formulary tiers, SNP plan types, Extra Help and LIS, AEP and SEP mechanics
  • CMS permission to contact requirements β€” what is and isn't permitted in a clinical referral context
  • Documentation standards β€” what records the referral generates and what the agent is responsible for maintaining
  • Platform conduct standards β€” what behaviors result in removal from the platform
Agents who do not maintain professional standards in clinical settings are removed from the platform. This is not a warning β€” it is a condition of participation that makes the referral channel valuable to providers.
