Agent registration

Not a lead.
A briefed appointment.

Every referral comes from a licensed clinical setting. The patient consented. The clinical record travels with the referral. You arrive knowing everything. Certification takes under 90 minutes and is valid through December 2027.

  • Clinical brief before you say hello — medications, diagnoses, coverage question, and which coverage-gap alerts fired
  • Patients are expecting your call. The provider arranged it.
  • Operate entirely in PCC — set availability, receive referrals, and match returning clients via AOR — or use your FMO platform. Whichever you use.
  • Clients already in your book re-engage at no charge when a new referral is generated, through PCC or your FMO platform
  • Set your appointment availability weeks ahead once certified

What Agents Receive

You arrive knowing everything
before you say hello.

Every PCC referral includes a complete clinical brief assembled from the patient's medical record — plus which of more than 20 coverage-gap alert types triggered the referral. You're not cold-calling. You're completing an appointment the patient agreed to — with a provider they already trust.

💊

Active medications and formulary status

You know what they're taking, what tier it's on, and what it's costing them before the conversation starts. No discovery phase. You arrive with solutions.

🩺

Diagnoses and current plan

Chronic conditions, plan name, Part A and Part B dates where available. You know immediately whether a C-SNP, D-SNP, or Extra Help is worth discussing.

The specific coverage question

The clinical staff identified why this patient needs help — formulary change, out-of-network specialist, approaching eligibility, plan termination, subsidy eligibility. You know the presenting problem before hello.

📖

AOR recognition — $0 follow-up leads

Every client you place correctly today is a referral you'll receive again next AEP — with their latest clinical record already attached. No outreach required. At referral generation, PCC checks agent-of-record status in your PCC agent profile or through your FMO platform, whichever you use. When you're confirmed as agent of record, the lead routes back to you at no charge.

PCC Agent Marketplace

Register directly.
No FMO required.

Agents join PCC with their license information, complete certification, and set scheduling and geography in the PCC agent profile. You can operate entirely on PCC — receive referrals, import to your own workflow, and match returning clients via AOR — or work through your FMO platform when that is how you run your book. Either path is a first-class way to participate.

Getting Certified

Minor certification.
Major access.

The certification exists to protect the clinical relationship that generates these referrals, and was developed in conjunction with the Rural Health Association's Medicare Education program and based on 15 years of working directly with providers. Providers need to know that the advisors their patients are being connected to meet a professional standard. The bar is real — and not high.

1

Create your PCC agent account

Register with your NPN, license states, and contact details — no FMO affiliation required. Verify by email, then open your agent console. If you use an FMO or CRM, you can note it optionally; it is not a gate to certification.

2

Complete the online certification

A brief online course covering the clinical referral workflow, patient communication standards, and coverage navigation basics. No in-person requirement. Most agents complete it in under 90 minutes.

3

Set availability and geography

Referrals route only to agents who can accept leads. Set your availability and scheduling in your PCC agent profile — or in your FMO's platform, whichever you use.

4

Receive referrals

Fully briefed referrals land in your PCC agent console. Import to your CRM when you want, or work the lead in PCC. The patient is expecting your call — the provider arranged it.

What the certification covers

  • The Clinical Referral — what a PCC referral contains, how it originates in a clinical encounter, and how to use the Clinical Brief in the first patient conversation
  • Provider and Professional Standards — what providers can and cannot do, conduct in and around clinical settings, and how agents keep providers compliant while serving patients well
  • The Non-Partisan Standard — finding the right plan for the patient, presenting all appropriate options, and not steering toward higher-commission plans
  • Platform Mechanics — routing, 1:1 consent-to-agent matching, availability settings, the $0 ongoing lead model for existing patients, and the annual review workflow
Agents who do not maintain professional standards in clinical settings are removed from the platform. This is not a warning — it is a condition of participation that makes the referral channel valuable to providers.
